STEP 1:

Once in the checkout page, do check your items ordered. All items are non-refundable.
Fill up all necessary information for us to proceed with the order. Remember to key in any promo code that you have to enjoy discounts or any agent price.
Choose your mode of payment. Please remember that Paynow is only available for Singapore customers and direct bank transfer is only for Malaysia customer. For international customers, you can use Credit Card or Paypal.
STEP 3:
Once payment went through, you will receive an email confirmation from us that we will be processing the order.
We will send another email once the item have be sent for shipping.
Once you receive your item, do give us your review on our Facebook page and on our website.
Pre-order items will be available maximum 30days. This is also depend on case to case basis.
Yes, you can request for a refund if the items are not delivered as per promised. However, once items have been sent for shipping or delivered to you, we cannot issue any refund requests.
After purchasing online and checkout in our store, you will receive an email confirmation on your orders.
We will only ship your orders after our finance team have confirmed the payment have gone through.

We can accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Paynow, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery.
For Malaysia Customers:
We can accept Credit Cards, Paypal, Direct Bank Transfer(CIMBClicks, Maybank2u and others).
Cash on Delivery is only available in Johor Bahru area and close areas around it. Other states need to use the payment method as mentioned above
For International Customers:
We can only accept Credit Cards & Paypal only.
